Adam’s Way is a mixed-use, inclusive housing development in Doylestown designed to bring people with and without disabilities together in one vibrant community.
The project is anticipated to include approximately 40 residential units, accessible design features, and ground-floor commercial space that fosters connection, employment, and neighborhood engagement. Adam’s Way is named in honor of Adam Sklar, a beloved young man with disabilities whose life and legacy continue to inspire a more inclusive future.
Adam’s Way is powered by a dedicated team of leaders committed to reimagining what inclusive community development can look like. The project is sponsored by The Next Step Housing Corp, the housing development arm of The Next Step Programs, created to build long-term, affordable housing opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Adam’s Way is building a place to call home where people with and without disabilities live side by side, form meaningful relationships, and create a stronger, more inclusive community together.
With land secured, Adam’s Way has entered the next phase of development. Throughout the coming year, our team will finalize design plans, secure necessary approvals, and complete funding milestones. Once construction begins, the project is expected to take approximately two years to complete.
