About Adam's Way

Building Community, Together

Adam's Way is developed by TNS Housing Corp, a Pennsylvania-based nonprofit organization with years of experience supporting individuals in community-based settings. We're expanding that work into the spaces where people live.

The need for integrated, affordable housing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities has never been greater. Adam's Way is a direct response to that need — creating a new model for independence, connection, and opportunity.

In Memory

Adam Sklar

Adam's Way is named in loving memory of Adam Sklar — a dear friend whose warmth, joy, and spirit inspired everyone around him.

Adam believed in the power of community, connection, and belonging. This project carries his name and his legacy forward — building the kind of inclusive world he always deserved.

Our Vision

Inclusive by Design

We believe the future of community is inclusive by design. Adam's Way is building a place where people of all abilities live side by side — not separated, but connected. A place where independence is supported, relationships are natural, and belonging is real.

With the property secured, Adam's Way has entered its next phase. Over the coming year, our team will finalize design, complete zoning and approvals, and secure key funding partners.
